"My new chair is fantastic!"
I’m really happy with my new chair! There was a hiccup when the local post office sent it to the wrong address (totally their fault). I got in touch with Phil Zen Design, and he got back to me right away with a fix. Luckily, the local post office eventually located the chair and brought it to me! I’m super impressed with how they handled everything.

"Got myself an AMQ sit-stand desk..."
I got an AMQ sit-stand desk since the dimensions and finishes were way better than other brands. The service was top-notch, and when I ran into a shipping issue (thanks to Covid), Phil stepped in and sorted it out fast. Definitely recommend it!

"Ordered the Varier Thatsit Balance Chair"
I got myself a Varier Thatsit balance chair. The delivery was quick, and Phil was super nice and supportive. However, putting it together was quite a challenge. Overall, I'm really pleased with the chair. It keeps me from slouching.

"The varier balans chair is fantastic"
The varier balans chair is fantastic. I noticed a little paint chipping on one section of the wood. I reckon it occurred during shipping. Fortunately, it's on a spot that gets covered once it's all put together, so I'm fine with it. Other than that, definitely 5 stars.

"Top-notch retailer"
My experience ordering from Phil Zen was fantastic, and I’m definitely gonna buy from them again down the line. The chair I got showed up damaged from the manufacturer, but the owner jumped in to ensure everything got sorted out, being super attentive and communicative the whole time. All in all, shopping with Phil Zen turned what could’ve been a rough experience into a really good one.

"Great Service and Follow-Up"
The delivery situation in 2020 was pretty rough. Honestly, I didn’t expect it to be that challenging. However, I reached out to Phil, and he kept me updated, which I really appreciated. I’m likely to buy another chair from him in the future.
The multi balans chair is sturdy and takes up little space, making it perfect for small apartments (plus, it’s foldable). The pale apricot shade is lovely as well. I got this as a present, and the person who received it is really pleased with the chair.

"I've Found the Ultimate Chair!"
For years, I’ve been on the hunt for that ideal chair—one that’s comfy enough to work in, chill out in, and really focus. At first, I was a bit put off by the cost, but Phil came through with a sweet New Year’s discount, which was a real win in terms of customer service. Another plus was that I placed my order over the weekend, and it arrived by Wednesday! This chair is just fantastic, and my buddy who teased me for spending so much tried it out and now wants one for himself! Fingers crossed Phil hooks me up again so I can jazz up my space with some moss acoustic panels or maybe a hydroponic garden :)

"Fantastic Item and Top-Notch Service"
I got my hands on a rare item that usually takes about 12-14 weeks to arrive from other online stores. Phil Zen promised an 8-week turnaround and kept me updated the whole time about my order's progress. The product came straight to my place from the manufacturer. Phil Zen Design is a superb seller, and I can't wait to shop with them again down the line.

I’m really satisfied with my new Varier Thatsit Balans chair. The delivery took a bit longer than expected, but Phil Zen kept me in the loop with updates on when it would arrive. I managed to snag the color I love at a great price. I’d totally suggest this chair and Phil Zen to anyone looking for a comfy, ergonomic option!

"Awesome Service: Quick and Friendly!"
My wife needed a more comfortable task chair. The Phil Zen Design site had info that really helped her make a choice. Placing the order was a breeze (with clear info on what was available), and even with the shipping delays from the pandemic, they managed to ship the chair to our place in just three business days. We also got regular, friendly updates throughout the whole process from the time we placed our order. The whole experience was fantastic, and we’d be thrilled to team up with Phil Zen Design again down the line.

First off, I just wanna say a huge thank you to everyone at Phil Zen Design. The whole journey of looking into, ordering, tracking our delivery, getting our hands on, and putting together two new Thatsit Balans was way beyond what I expected. The customer service was top-notch, answering all my queries and giving me the right advice to suit my wife’s and my own office needs. They kept me in the loop with shipment updates and even delivered way earlier than I thought. It’s been a fantastic experience, so much so that I’ve already told my friends and family about it, and I know they’ll be back for more!

Awesome support from the team. I got the incorrect seat cushion along with my chair, which was a bit annoying at first, but Phil (the owner) was super sorry and quick to help. He sorted everything out in just one day. It was nice to feel like a valued customer!

"My October Chair Order with Phil"
I placed an order for a chair back in October with Phil Zen. Because of Covid, the shipping got really delayed! I finally received my chair on 12/11/2020. Phil reached out to me via phone and assisted in tracking my order, plus he helped ease my worries about whether the chair would arrive! He truly went the extra mile for me.

"Finally received my kneeling chair after a..."
I finally received my kneeling chair after waiting a week. The color and design are just stunning! I had initially opted for expedited shipping, but the owner reached out to me personally and mentioned they had it in stock, so there was no need for the extra shipping fee. They refunded me right away! I'm really loving my new chair!
